板式換熱器液壓試驗(yàn)

板式換熱器換熱功能
板片的功能，在水—水換熱、逆流運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、熱側(cè)定性溫差為40℃、兩邊流速為0.5m/s條件下的總傳熱系數(shù)，對水平平直波板片，應(yīng)大于2210W/(m2.K)；關(guān)于人字形波紋板片，應(yīng)大于2908W/(m2.K)。
液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)
以水為實(shí)驗(yàn)液體，兩邊應(yīng)別離進(jìn)行單側(cè)壓力實(shí)驗(yàn)，實(shí)驗(yàn)壓力為1.25倍規(guī)劃壓力。試壓后應(yīng)掃除積水，吹干或曬干，然后再夾緊。
墊片質(zhì)量
a.運(yùn)用溫度和物理功能應(yīng)契合相關(guān)規(guī)定。
b.外表不允許有面積大于3mm2、深度大于1.5mm的氣泡、凹坑及其它影響密封功能的缺點(diǎn)。
